Private Child Support Enforcement

California Family Law: a parent who is owed Child Support may use a Private Child Support Collection Agency to collect support arrearages. One-half of the PCSCA's fees will be added to the arrearages, and charged to the paying parent. The PCSCAs are experts in collecting arrearages, so the cost could be well worth it.
